A whole new enemy, they can be part of the Piratron or a "broken branch". AKA the Arsonaries. (Arson + Mercenaries)
Story- The Moon Base and the Piratron both tried to colonize the space asteroid Alpha-13. Moon Base got it first, leading Ash Burnt, leader of the Piratron to insanity. Being a pyromaniac, he ordered the colonists (tough warriors ready to defend the colony) to begin setting fire to everything. He made them new gear, and engineered a new life form made completely of fire.
Important NPCs-
Ash Burnt- Leader of the Alpha-13 Piratron base, became leader of the Pyrotron
A. Qua- Leader of the Alpha-13 moonbase colony
(I need a name)- one of the Fighters, gives you your first water blaster.
There is more to come.
Since there is no air on the moon, there can't be fire on the moon because fire needs to consume air to keep blazing 
.
Of course, this fire would probably have been set inside of a pressurized air-filled dome, but then again, the equipment in the base probably isnt flammable . Well, they could have caused large explosions by setting canisters of gasoline on fire, but doesn't everything in the Moonbase run on Imaginatium?
Aside from those two mistakes, this story is pretty nice though!
yea, I was thinking that it would fit somewhere else better, like in a new LUP world.
